Yes, Sporfie videos can be individually downloaded to your device by following these steps:

Select more  in the bottom right corner of the clip that you are trying to save locally on your device.

From there, simply select download.

If you haven't already granted Sporfie access to your device's camera roll, a prompt will appear. Allow access to begin downloading your content.
