I am receiving the message: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

You will receive this error message when the video delivered to the server from the camera is broken due to poor network conditions. The video player is not able to reconstruct the video to show it to you.

To fix this problem, the person filming would need to change network on the camera side, switching from/to WiFi/LTE.
